We are currently seeking an associate attorney with 0-3 years of experience to join our team. This associate will work closely with partners on family law, civil litigation, and real estate cases. A strong interest in family law is preferred.
Applicant should have a “can-do” attitude, be self-motivated, and have strong writing skills. Duties include preparing family law documents, preparing motions, performing research, client contact, representing clients in ADR and settlement negotiations, orders for protection, adoptions, and court appearances.

The ideal candidate for this position would have a minimum of 2 years experience in a law firm, a strong work ethic, exceptional problem solving skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace. Real estate, litigation and/or family law experience preferred.
Job Description
· Complete administrative duties such as making copies, open and close files, maintain the attorney’s calendars, answering and directing phone calls and greeting clients.
· Draft legal documents and proofread correspondence.
· Manage, organize and maintain documents in paper and electronic filing system.
· Correspond with counsel, court and clients.
· Improve upon administrative process for more efficient workflow.
Minimum qualifications
· Familiarity with MS office
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Able to take direction and work independently with little or no supervision
· Highly organized and detail-oriented.
